Oh Dunkin Donuts, you had me at donuts. The tale starts as always, I was hungry and had not yet had breakfast, and it is fast approaching 11am. Must find a place quickly before the breakfast menus are shut down! Lo and behold DD came to the rescue. From the moment I saw those two pink bubble letter D's that were this stores' door handles I knew I'd be ok. I went in and bought their egg whites sandwich on flat bread. Yes, I'm tryin' to eat healthier! well...sorta. The flat bread is toasted and it comes with an egg white omelette topped with provolone and turkey sausage. It was pretty good! That, along with a small original blend cup of dunkin donuts coffee was a great late breakfast. I love DD coffee. Of course, then I craved something sweet, dessert! I got 4 glazed munchkins for $1! I probably won't see DD again for a while, not unless a Krispy Kreme-ry woo's me and I succumb to its warm, sweet, gooey tenderness.

I swear to god how hard is it to get a combo meal without a coffee. Every DD I visit feels like it's employed by the same group of idiots who can never get your order right and don't know their ass from their face. I give two stars because at least my breakfast sandwich didn't have a steaming pile of dog shit on it.

I tried to order myself an iced tea. The only difference is, I drink my tea with cream and sugar instead of lemon and sugar. This is the first Dunkin Donuts that refused to do this for me. They said it they never do it. I understand but if someone requests it, I don't see the big deal. No one else has ever given me a problem. Weird stares yes, but never outright refused to do it.

If you have low expectations they will be met here. This dunkin is pretty consistent with crappy service. I didn't think it was possible to mess up coffee but they proved me wrong.

Hate this dunkin donuts. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT visit this location. I work locally and live in king of prussia and sometimes get stuck ordering from here when I'm in a rush and don't wanna pay for Starbucks because it gets a little pricy. Anywho, they never understand a word I'm saying. I have to repeat myself four or five times when I can hear them not paying attention and having side conversations in the background about nothing. Half the time, I go to the window and my orders wrong and then they're constantly forgetting stuff in my order but charging me. Always an issue, these people are complete idiots.

I rarely write reviews, but after my experience the other day I felt compelled. This is hands down the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. Not only do they screw up my order half the time, but the employees are some of the rudest I've ever encountered. The one girl working the drive thru simply says "what else" after you order an item and when you're done she just says "pull up". When you get to the window you feel incredibly rushed. The girl working the window thrusted my receipt and debit card back into my hand and before I could even get my debit card back in my wallet she shoved my bag with my breakfast sandwich out the window. She didn't even look at me just had her arm out the window with an impatient look on her face while waiting for me to take it. The entire time at the window the girl didn't say a word to me or even acknowledge me. I felt so rushed I drove off without my coffee. I completely forgot it. This is a daily occurrence here. If it wasn't so convenient being about a mile from my work I would never come back here again. They could do with dropping the entire staff who works the drive thru in the morning.

I go to this Dunkin Donuts EVERY morning. The coffee is usually fine; however my main gripe is that they NEVER give me change!!! I know it's only about 75 cents, but good lord, at least pretend you plan to give it back to me!!! Not to mention the fact that if I don't get a receipt my order is supposed to be free. I will be using my debit card from now on to avoid feeling like I'm getting ripped off every morning and then feeling guilty for being pissed over 75 cents! Not a great way to start the day....

Counter service is horrible. Very slow and rude indian women. She is always yelling at workers. Always looks miserable. Donuts have gone downhill over the past few years. They are usually stale and over sweet.

This is the DD that is in my town. It is one of the best I have been to. The employees are friendly, and when they get to know you sometimes you get a free donut or coffee! I would only give a DD a three, but this one get an extra star because I am biased towards it.

This dunkin donuts is not the best one in the area, every time i go there i get charged more 4 a lg ice coffee than at any other ones in the immediate area, y is it 47 cn more there, or am i the only one being chg. That am i being ripped off n don't know it. And y is it that there isn't 1 dunkin donuts that's not owned and operated by indians, y, n for god sake please be able to at least communicate clearly in english so that i don't hv to decipher what it is ur saying to me. If u can avoid this dunkin donuts by all means do so.

called this dunkin donuts at christmas(they were collecting toys for tots)and it took 4 non english speaking people to try to figure out if there was a collection box in the store...they never did figure it out..i understand the whole melting pot concept of america but please at least one person should speak english

We asked for glazed & chocolate glazed, got 828 glazed and two chocolate. Actually, we got plain and chocolate donuts. The glaze was barely there. They were spongy, and tasted old. Ordered hash browns, got in a giant pancake bite bag. They were soggy and lukewarm. Coffee was burnt as usual. Awful experience, spend the extra money at the Starbucks next door. Only gets two stars cause the manager is a nice guy.

They ALWAYS mess up my order. Once I ordered a medium pumpkin coffee and got a large black. Another time I ordered an iced coffee and got a HOT coffee with ice cubes in it. Shame this is the only dunkin close to my work.

Worst wake up wraps here. They're never cooked all the way- a lot of times still frozen in the middle. Can't imagine this is safe to be serving frozen eggs! And when you order thru drive thru it's hard to go back and complain. I try to just stick to drinks at this location. Plus the employees at drive thru are less than friendly. There is a language barrier and they are rude.

Busy is no excuse for crappy service. A couple of times I have ordered toasted bagels with light cream cheese..what I get is extremely difficult to chew with literally no cream cheese. Everytime ! Skip this and go to starbucks that's 200 ft away from here. Pricey but atleast they won't mess up your order.

I'm happy to have the chance to _finally_ write the rant I've been thinking for about a decade now*: I can go to a Starbucks (or any specialty coffee shop), and order a quadruple grande soy extra dry latte with two pumps of sugar-free vanilla and two pumps of caramel (this isn't my drink but.. for argument's sake). .. AND a breakfast sandwich, and get on my way in like four minutes. For whatever reason, when I go to any Dunkin Donuts, and order a coffee with cream and splenda and a bagel with cream cheese, it takes me... freaking EONS!!! Like, you're a coffee and donut place. You make coffee, and you chuck donuts and bagels into a white paper bag. What's so hard about that? And why do you have to ask me 50 times to repeat my order, "Did you say splenda, Miss? What size again?," and why do I have to interact with 5 employees just to spend 5 bucks on a simpler than simple breakfast?? AND, this is when ordering INside. Don't even get me started on the drive-thru. I literally feel like I'm in some bizarro world where everything I say makes no sense. Like, okay.... How come you can't understand me when I say cream and one splenda? THese are words you absolutely must hear 500 times per day working a coffee drive through.. SO how come you're looking at me like I just ordered lasagna from your broken little coffee intercom??? So, granted, the coffee IS delish, but I don't think it's worth a 13 minute wait and a lifetime of frustration. Nor does anyone need a bagel the size of their skull. So, as much as I feel like a walking cliche ordering my starbucks solo grande soy misto with a made to order oatmeal, I'm happy I can do so without incident, and without carving 40 minutes out of my morning just to do so. Big inhale.... annnnd exhale. Damn that felt good. *this is a review of pretty much every Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to, not just the one in KOP.
